This year the IJA will host the North American VolleyClub Championship, so start practicing your wildest throws and craziest catches! Similar to Volleyball but played with juggling clubs, the objective is to send a “volley” club over the net in hopes the other team can’t send it back. What’s the catch? Every player has two additional clubs to juggle! Teams of two will compete for the chance to be the IJA and North American Volleyclub Champions.
Sign up at the VolleyClub table in the gym. Check out the VolleyClub table for more information. VolleyClub preliminary qualifier rounds take place throughout the week in the Ballroom. Teams must register in advance in order to participate in the preliminary rounds. The top 4 teams will play in the finals for the title of IJA VolleyClub Champions!

WHAT IS VOLLEYCLUB?
VolleyClub is a sport played by two teams of two players each on a court divided by a net using juggling clubs. Therefore, VolleyClub has a unique position as a net game since it requires its players to throw and catch the game club whilst, additionally, manipulating two self clubs. VolleyClub aims to combine the speed, athleticism and team play of other net games with the creativity, coordination and precision of juggling. (From Official Volleyclub Rule Set 2023)
