How To Register

Advance registration for this year’s festival is now closed.

Registration will be available on-site in South Bend.

Early Bird Packages will be on sale from March 15th and will be available through April 4th. Regularly priced festival packages will become available on April 5th and will remain on sale through June 14th. Discounted pricing will be available on site for residents of our host cities of South Bend and Mishawaka. More details and pricing about onsite registration are below.

You must be a member of the IJA to register for the Festival. Join or renew your membership today!

You can register and pay online with your credit or debit card or with PayPal. No mail-in or phone registration is available.

The only items being sold through advance registration are:

  • Festival Event Packages
  • Donations to the Festival Scholarship Fund
  • Vendor Table Reservations and (for Vendor Discount Program vendors only) VDP Vendor Event Packages

ALL other festival items (individual show tickets, daily Gym passes, daily Spectator passes, local resident passes, & additional festival T-shirts) will be sold on-site at the festival starting Tuesday morning at 9am.

Lodging, meals and transportation are not included. Please make your travel plans as soon as possible to secure the best rates and availability.

Festival Event Packages

Advance registration packages include gym admission all through the week (including all regular festival workshops), a festival T-shirt, a ticket to each of the evening shows in the Morris Performing Arts Center Theater, access to watch all regularly-scheduled events in the gym and other indoor festival venues. Advance registration is the most cost effective method of attending for anyone planning to attend for longer than 1 or 2 days of the event.

Festival Event Packages sold on-site at the festival will be priced higher than advanced registration packages, and will not include a festival t-shirt. On site a la carte purchasing of gym passes and show tickets is recommended if you are planning to attend for only one day of the festival. Don’t sell yourself short, spring for the advance registration package and join us for the full week!

Local resident passes will be sold on site only, and will be available at a heavily discounted rate as an act of gratitude towards the residents of our host cities. Our goal in this is to increase engagement with our host area residents, and to spread the love of juggling to their local community. These passes will require a local photo ID indicating residency in South Bend, Mishawaka, or any other municipality within 15 miles of the festival.

VDP VENDOR EVENT PACKAGE ADD-ON

Available ONLY to IJA Vendor Discount Program (VDP) vendors, this $99 add-on to a VDP Vendor Setup order includes all the items from the Festival Event Package above. Limit two Add-Ons per VDP vendor. Purchase through the vendor page in the IJA Store.

DONATE TO THE FESTIVAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

When you register below, you’ll also be able to donate half or all of a Festival Event Package toward the Festival Scholarship Fund. This fund will be used to help jugglers attend the festival who may otherwise be unable to attend. You can also donate without purchasing a Festival Event Package, here.

Vendor Registration

Each vendor must purchase a minimum of one Vendor Setup at $125 which includes one 6′ table, two chairs and Wi-Fi Internet access; the Vendor Setup fee will be waived for IJA Vendor Discount Program (VDP) participants. Additional 6′ tables are available for $50 each. Electrical drops are available for $75 per drop. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve early.

During advance registration, IJA Vendor Discount Program (VDP) vendors may also purchase, with a VDP Vendor Setup, a VDP Vendor Event Package for $99 that includes all the items of the Festival Event Package. Limit 2 per VDP vendor.

Vendor space will not be sold on-site at the festival. You must order your vendor space by 11:59pm ET on June 14th, 2023. Purchase through the vendor page in the IJA Store. For more information email our Vendor Coordinator at vendors@juggle.org.

Youth Groups

Discounted Festival Event Packages are available to groups of 10 or more youths (ages 11-17) registering together with one or more adults no later than 11:59pm ET on May 31, 2023. For every 10 youth-group tickets purchased, the group can purchase 2 adult Festival Event Packages for chaperones at the Youth Group price of $125 each. Email Confirmation

Full payment is required with online registration. Pay securely online with your Visa, Discover, MasterCard or American Express, or using your PayPal account. You will receive email confirmation of your registration.

Your festival materials will await you in the gym at the Century Center.

On-site in South Bend

Jugglers who have registered in advance can pick up their Festival Event Package starting about Noon on Monday, July 17, 2023, in the Main Hall of the Century Center. On-site registration opens at 9am on Tuesday, July 18, in the entrance to the Main Hall of the Century Center.
